The Elderflower Gin is intent of creating something distinctly floral, infusing lavender, rose-petals and Elderflower. On the nose it is honeyed and floral ,bursting with botanicals - a hint of spice comes from cassia bark. On the palate a soft sweetness is followed by flavours of rose petals and chamomile while delicate notes of lychee and green floral notes linger on the finish.
