The 2019 vintage in the Barossa can be summed up with two key points; low yields and high quality. Characters of white peach & nectarine are plentiful, lifted with notes of grapefruit and fresh lemon zest.
A touch of savoury French oak is accompanied by further notes of citrus and a subtle nuttiness, all this leads to a medium bodied wine with great structure and drive.
