Deeply coloured and concentrated, pure raspberry, mixed with a multitude of black fruits, loaded with complex Morello bitter cherry, spice and layered thick. Lovely balance with silky smooth, very long palate and lingering finish. Class effort from these Adelaide Plains sites.
Matured for 18 months in French oak barriques. Very deep black dark red in colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of spicy dark raspberries and dark plums mix with some liquorice, dried herbs and scorched earth. Ripe and plump the mid weighted palate features dark raspberry and liquorice fruits over vanillin oak, subtle earthy dried herbs and spice. Bright finish with polished tannins and a mid length aftertaste.

Aroma: The nose is challenging, with notes of oak, stable, raspberry, mint, ginger, anis and plum.
Palate: The palate is fruity with a touch of dark fruit and plum with a good amount of acidity that is well integrated.
Food Pairing: Grenache is a fantastic option for when you're firing up the bbq, as it pairs fantastically with most grilled meats and veggies.
