Pale straw with just a hint of varietal blush. This wine displays bright aromas of green apple, nashi pear and lemon zest. The palate is crisp and finely textured, with a delicate mineral line and lively natural acidity that leaves a lasting impression. A very smooth wine…too easy to drink!!!
This Pinot Grigio is sourced from our Eden Valley vineyard in Pewsey Vale, perched at 550 meters above sea level. Cool climate conditions and elevated terroir have shaped a wine of purity and finesse. The fruit was picked and delivered to the winery in the cool of the night. Gently pressed, it was then cold settled for 48 hours before being racked off the lees. The wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
