The Irvine Altitude Merlot from Eden Valley presents fresh black fruit aromas complemented by hints of violet and mocha. On the palate, it offers layers of plum, blackberry, and subtle chocolate notes, resulting in a complex yet refined experience.
A juicy, fruit driven wine with fresh vibrant flavours, balanced against a lightly chewy and pleasantly textural pallet. Sweet red currants, raspberries with a sour morello cherry backbone. Layers of coffee and dark chocolate build a chewy and textural palate. Drink now but will age gracefully over the next six to eight years.
