Colour: Midnight black in colour with a deep dark red black hue.

Aroma: Lifted plum, ripe blueberry and liquorice aromas are trailed by smoky vanillin oak, fennel and pepper.

Palate: Medium to full in body with good richness and a soft plush textural feel, the palate sports liquorice and dark plum fruits over a dash of blueberry, scorched earth and peppered fennel like characters. Silky smooth tannins with a ripe, fleshy pepper infused conclusion.
