Grape Grower Riesling showcases lifted floral notes with pronounced lemon and lime aromatics and an underlying base of pear and green apple. It’s an aromatic experience in a bottle! This textural Riesling is well balanced with crisp natural acidity, and fruity flavours, typical of the exceptional Rieslings of this region.
The Single Vineyard Riesling comes from 70-year-old vines just outside of the Eden Valley Township, with an altitude of 400metres. Fermenting at cool temperatures with a small number of solids, allow a textural and delicate floral wine to be created. After fermentation, the wine is racked, filtered, and bottled. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for 10 years.

Palate: On the palate, green apple and pear are vibrant, accompanied by a tight mineral line.
Food Pairing: It’s a natural pairing for items like grilled shrimp, sushi, scallops, and even raw oysters. Or spicy Thai curry and soft creamy cheese like Brie and Camembert, as well as tangy goats cheese.
