This Barossa Shiraz is deep crimson in colour and displays aromas of forest fruits and wild berries, with additional complex spicy aromas. On the palate are layers of forest fruits, spice and chocolate. Long fine, velvety tannins persist in this delicate balanced and well-structured wine.

Palate: On the palate pronounced black cherries, mulberries and star anise. A complex wine that is well rounded and finishes with silky, lingering tannins.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled or roast beef, especially served with a pepper sauce. Also works well with a burger or a BBQ night, whether it’s beef, lamb or pork.
