Colour: Totally opaque black, purple colour with a dark purple hue.
Aroma: Aromas of liquorice, dark plum and dark chocolate are overlaid by vanillin oak and subtle mocha.
Palate: Fuller bodied and dry. Slightly unbalanced palate. Fennel, chocolate and dark fruit.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled or roast beef, especially served with a pepper sauce. Also works well with a burger or a BBQ night, whether it’s beef, lamb or pork.
