After 15 days on skins and hand plunged daily the wines were pressed to 20% new, 80% seasoned French oak Hogsheads where they matured for 12 months.Nose:Forest fruits and wild berries with complex spicy aromas. Mouth:Layers off forest fruits, spice and chocolate. Long fine, velvety tannins persist this delicate balanced and well-structured wine.
