Description: For a fun addition to your cocktail repertoire, turn this delicious prosecco into a summery Aperol Spritz.
3 parts prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 splash of soda water, and plenty of ice. Its easy, and its one of the most popular cocktails of recent years.
Nose: Floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine.
Mouth: Apples, pears and and fresh citrus edge. The palate is lively with a clean finish.
Body: light
Food Pairing: Pack up the picnic basket, fill it with prosciutto, salami, ham, ripened tomatoes, apple cucumbers, seeded mustard and fresh bakery bread. Add two or more bottles of Prosecco and take in the great Australian outdoors.

Very nice summer wine. Goes well with the summer breakfast and picnic. Not too sweet and not dry.
