Pale straw with lime green hue.

Lime citrus fruit with flinty complexity.
- Mouth
Dry, light to medium bodied, balanced natural acid backbone, quite a flinty style of Sauvignon Blanc that has a steely edge to its fine and lingering finish.
- Winemaking Notes
Fermented and held on lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and bottled. No pressings back blended.
