Description: 92 Halliday point wine - Smooth, rich, ripe and intense.
Nose: Gorgeous red fruits and spices.
Mouth: Plum, blackberry and liquorice characteristics. Elegant and peppery palate with fine tannins. Lingering finish.
Body: medium
Winemaking Notes: The 2014 vintage was once again well suited for growing Shiraz in the Hilltops. The wine is best described as being slightly more intense than the the previous vintage due to a drier season which resulted in smaller berries.
Food Pairing: Pair with rich red meat dishes.
