You are able to switch between membership types but note that availability is limited and the package contents may change to accommodate adjustments. We process payments for recurring orders 15 days before shipping, so please switch by the corresponding date.
Each shipment we will be featuring a different region – Central NSW, South Australia’s Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley and Victoria’s Heathcote and Yarra Valley to name a few. You will be taken on a tour to the finest boutique wineries in each region, learning the differences in the wines produced in various climates and terroirs.
The final wine selection has to pass through a professional tasting panel. The wines are primarily your expected varieties such as Shiraz, Cabernet and Chardonnay. Along with those, every
subscription includes up to three ‘Journey’ wines – wines that will expand the palate from regions many wouldn’t be familiar with, or
varietals most wouldn’t have tried. We want to educate and excite you! These different wines will be supported by educational articles, food
matching and recipes. The wines have a cellar door value far in excess
of the price being charged in the subscriptions.
Our packages ship every three months. Our shipping months are March, June, September and December. All shipping will commence on the 1st of the month that the shipments are in.
If you will be away during the time of shipping, you can re-route your shipment to an address that will be able to receive it on your behalf. Simply log in and edit shipping details for current shipment.
If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing shipping address.
Credit cards will be processed on the first day of the shipping month.
No. At no time can your wine be left unattended. All deliveries must be received and signed for by someone 18 years or older.
Log in to your account and view it under Your Account/view and it will show in the right hand sidebar.
Within the site, you should see a cart icon at the top of the page, usually found on the right side. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the Checkout page, where you can check your items and quantities, and then proceed to Purchase when you are happy.
You order will usually be dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but you will be sent tracking details for your shipment.
When we finalize and ship your order we will send you an email with your tracking number and a tracking link for the Australia Post tracking.
If your order is faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return.
