This wine has a delicate perfume of green apple, lime and passion fruit while on the palate you will find generous notes of crunchy snow pea shoots and lifted tropical fruit flavours. It lingers on the palate and ends with a refreshing dry and chalky finish.
Colour: Pale yellow lime appearance.
Aroma: Citrus on the nose
Palate: Lemon, passion fruit and tropical flavours on the palate. Nice acidity at the end. An easy drinker.
Food Pairing: Fish such as snapper, sole, sea bass or haddock are wonderful with sauvignon blanc.
