This Chardonnay features aromatic expressions of stone fruit and apple, with a hint of herb and mineral characters. Medium bodied, succulent flavours of honeysuckle and white nectarine support a creamy mouthfeel and lingering finish. A deep yellow/gold hue, this is tight and focused, elegant and yet intense, concentrated and seamless. We have notes of lemons, figs, melons and pears. A hint of honeysuckle on the finish. Lingers beautifully. A finely knit style, spicy notes with some vanilla emerge more on the palate.
Oak ferment, partial mlf and eight months in barrel in yeast lees. The wine shape is taut and terrific with good flesh rounding out its linear frame.

Aroma: Raw walnut, cream cheese and cinnamon. Pineapple hull and lemon-lime acidity.
Palate: A lively burst of acidity and clean-cut orchard fruit on the palate.
Food Pairing: Goes beautifully with seafood, roast chicken and creamy pasta like fettuccine alfredo. It can also be enjoyed with mild cheeses.
