This Syrah comes from our Pendee Farm vineyard just outside of Springton in the Eden Valley. Farmed sustainably with organic principles with an elevation of 410 meters and its own sub climate, this vineyard continues to produced unique elegant wines. The palate is elegant with the same forest fruits, red berries and spice. A unique wine with soft velvety tannins driven by lingering acidity.
