Montepulciano is not the usual grape used in rose, however halfway through the process of juicing the grapes to make a red wine, the decision was made to pull this around and turn it into a crisp, elegant and complex rose!
Eyes: Pale salmon pink
Nose: Rose petals, berries and plums.
Mouth: Fruity, but also with a small edge of savoury-earthiness.
Food Pairing: Pair with anything in summer. Pair with chicken and pork in winter.
