Dark red core with black shaded edges and dark red hue. Dark cherry and ripe strawberry aromas mix with vanillin cedar, subtle earth and spice. Rich fleshy dark cherry and strawberry fruits decorate the medium bodied palate with notions of vanillin cedar, earth and spice lying underneath. Velvet smooth like tannin structure with a ripe juicy finish.
This Pinot Noir has spent an extended time on skins and small batch parcels are fermented on stalks for complexity. 40% spends 6 months in new, French oak which produces an outstanding wine for all occasions.
Fresh strawberries, red fruits and dark cherries dominate the nose. The palate is fresh and lively displaying hints of red fruit and spices, finishing with soft tannins.

Aroma: Displays luscious black raspberry, cherry and spiced vanillin.
Palate: The palate leads with dark cherries followed by subtle spice and vanilla with a little grip to finish.
Food Pairing: Pair with a fresh cheese board with creamy brie or goats cheese. Try your luck with duck too!
