Aroma: Bright and vibrant red berries and sweet spice.
Palate: Soft entry of blood plum, raspberry, dark cherry and five spice, with silken tannins and mouth-watering acidity. Some stalky notes, background oak and a supply finish.
Food Pairing: Chinese roast pork, slow braised beef or anything pasta.
