A classy example from the Mudgee region, it was fermented at cool temperatures to retain fresh citrus, talc and jasmine aromas. The palate has intensity and a brightness provided by the clean acid line and is made in a drier style. Incredibly balanced and refined, it has a lengthy finish.
Colour: Rich lemon
Aroma: This Riesling is lifted and fruity on the nose, with subtle apple and pear characteristics.
Palate: Caramelised fruit, apples and peaches.
Food Pairing: Try Thai curry meatballs or spicy shrimp and fried rice. Caramelised onion and goats cheese is also a winner!
